Here is the Draft EIR letter sent out to citizens within 1,000 feet of the development project on March 9, 2006.

Here is the Draft RAW letter [1.5MB] sent out to citizens in the area on March 23, 2006. Note how small the property is represented on the last page. This is very misleading and unfortunate that our tax dollars paid for color printouts of something that is simply inaccurate. See pages five and six for images (photo) from Goolgle Maps that gives the actual view from above. You will note it is pretty different.
