We have made a list of some sample questions and issues to raise when addressing the Planning Division. They can be found by clicking here. It is important to send in your comments with your name, address, phone number, and email address. Also, be sure to mention Santa Clara Gardens and 90 North Winchester Avenue, Santa Clara in your email or letter so the City knows the property you are referring to.

Here are diagrams of the proposed project as it stands today. The City Staff shared both Charities Housing and SummerHill Homes proposed diagrams of the project site: Santa Clara Gardens. Here are the diagrams:
>>>Charities Housing senior housing plans (165 units)...click here. (Note: the open space is private and not open to the public)
>>>SummerHill Homes housing plans (110 - 2+ story homes)...click here. (Note: the large yellow rectangles around the outside of the diagram are existing residence's land plots)
>>>General overview of the whole site...click here. (Note: the large yellow rectangles around the outside of the diagram are existing residence's land plots)

Look at how all the development comes together when it is overlayed on the land...click here.

Compare the above image with this one on how Urban Argiculture could provide for sustainable living.

These plans are very different from the ones Charities Housing posted on their website...click here.

You can see a copy of the notice that went out to citizens on the City's mailing list here.
